1. Delivery time for garments
Good news is that the standard delivery is free worldwide. We give our full effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible but we request your understanding that customized clothing according to your body measurement need a fair time, so that it fits you well. If you want express delivery, please contact our customer service after placing order and we will figure it out (extra charges may apply). These are approximate times for delivery within EU.
- Special Occasions and Bridal: 20 to 25 days
- Evening and Party Wear: 12-15 days
- Casual Wear: 8-12days
- Lawn: 8-12 days
These are only the estimated time frames and we ensure to stay within these time frames. However, it may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. If you have some special request or urgency, please contact our customer service for more information on delivery time frame before placing special occasions and bridal wear order. We will try to accommodate as much as we can to our special customers for their special day.
2. Express shipping service
We use DHL, FedEx and Deutsche Post to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 – 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally, all orders are dispatched from our distribution hub located in Germany. Anaarkali.de cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during holidays, transit or customs delays by our delivery partners. However, we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we can offer you an alternative product or a complete refund.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free worldwide. Extra charges may apply in case you need express delivery and that may vary country to country. In case you are looking for express delivery, please contact our customer service after placing order within 72 hours and we will figure it out.
4. Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from anaarkali.de for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Generally, no extra charges for custom clearance are paid by our customers in Germany and EU with standard delivery. Customers living outside the EU may be subjected to additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Unfortunately, we have neither any control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 5. Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website, by email, or by phone. Anaarkali.de cannot be held responsible for fit issues for garments measurements provided by yourself. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement parameter of the dress provided by you for record keeping. But mistakes can happen and we take full responsibility if mistake is at our end by not following measurements provided, defective, or wrong delivery. In that case we can offer a free fix or full return.
Once goods have been received, you have 48 hours to inform us about the refund intention. Customer needs to send the parcel within 14 working days back to the given address through email. Return charges has to paid by customers. Once received we need 7 working days to investigate the problem and then the money will be refunded by the same way you paid. Please note that we will not refund shipping and handling charges. In case, you want to fix the problem, we will fix it and send it back to your address.
6. Listing and Descriptions
Anaarkali.de makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, we cannot be held responsible for slight color variances. The colors you see depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used, and viewing device. We cannot guarantee that your viewing device display all colors accurately.
7. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. The funds will be transferred to you by same means as you have paid. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
8. Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
